All that matters is that you like it. I like the idea of having a window over the kitchen sink that would be my priority. You got that covered, and the next would be no steps, never, no more, I told the kids I wasn't moving again until I had to move to an old age home (they said they could do that) but I'd be happy to stay out my days here with no steps just a few small ones.
