I've just let it get out of control.
I totally agree about the Mexican food - m-m-m-m-m .. echiladas!!BetteJohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11650981249204116251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3713030349047688542.post-12445326150484593032007-06-18T22:22:00.000-05:002007-06-18T22:22:00.000-05:00Pretty work!My husband and I gave up white flour, ...Pretty work!

My husband and I gave up white flour, refined sugar and all processed or man made foods the first of February and I have lost 50 pounds and my husband has lost 30. He is doing weight training and turning a lot of the fat into muscle and I am just to lazy to walk...wait I am a stay at home foster mom and am usually chasing after somebody! I allow myself to "cheat" every now and then or I am afraid that I will go back to all of the crap. We have gone organic an most of the foods and now the "other stuff" tastes terrible or makes me sick. (Dinner at our favorite mexican restaraunt is worth the yucky tummy every once in a while.)

Good luck staying on the right track! The Family Jewelshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03154891457019934775noreply@blogger.com
