When your pre-assembled gingerbread house - isn't.
There are some advantages - you get to avoid your own (as well as other people's) artistic expectations of what a perfect little gingerbread house should look like.
Yup! it sure does look yummy. So right, I hate living up to expectations, I think next time my daughter calls and says, "mom I'm coming home for lunch what are you cooking?" It will be something that tastes nasty. I better wait till April 1st for that. Take care, best of the holidays to you.
