Remember the hair thing? Dyed, or not? I mean I know people have been coming from far and wide, checking my blog to see what color my hair turned out to be!Remember? I decided to go somewhere in between. I dye it, but don't leave the stuff on very long. It doesn't cover all the gray and gives me a more natural salt and pepper look. Or salt and cinnamon or something. So ...Here were the choices. Dyed - or Not.And this is the mixed color that results when I do my brand of hair coloring.
Besides looking tired (yes) and angry (no) you may be able to see the variation in color. I KNOW this is what you have been waiting for and I am pleased to be able to satisfy your curiosity.
That's all. You can go back about your regular business. Thank you very much.
I prefer the mixed look but the "not dyed: look is good too. Though both my daughters dye their hair, I never have. I'm just glad to have hair after loosing it to chemo in '99.
ReplyDeleteI still remember watching the old method of using a bathing cap and pulling hair through holes and bleaching that to get a "natural" look. Maybe that is why I don't dye my hair.
The mixed look or "natural" are the best. I'm never keen on the dyed look because it never looks natural. Real hair has highlights that can't be artificially produced.
ReplyDeleteI know a lot of people freak about gray hair but I'm really kind of fond of mine. I think it's pretty! But - to each his own, right?
ReplyDeleteI think the mixed looks best, but then none of them look bad!
ReplyDeleteI have been a very lazy hair dye-er, just plonking it on and now it's way too dark. I need to get a lightening into it but I hate hairdressers and I'm scared to do bleaching myself..
I say no to hair color...I did it for years...and now I don't and it's liberating! Nothing wrong with a little silver hair...shows that you know something!
