    I remember turning 50 wow what a trauma...... I was working and decided to spend some$$ on ME instead of bills and kids so I took myself to an upscale jewellers and bought myself a gorgeous tennis bracelet with diamonds and lived happily ever after !!
    It was my gift to me from me.

    Thanks everyone - you notice none of the guys weighed in? They're scared of 50! Actually, feels just like 49 to me which felt just like 48 which felt just like .. well, you get the idea.
    Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes. I'm not sad or depressed - I think I'm somewhat proud. In a sucky kind of way. :)
